Hello everyone!

ギャラリーオーナーの町田ひろ（ @hirokinawa ）です。

2019年8月11日(日)に、北谷町・デポアイランドにて小さなアートギャラリー&ショップをオープンすることとなりました。

沖縄だけに留まらず、国内外のアートを楽しんでいただける空間を作っていきたいと思います。

” People’s Art Gallery ” の由来は、

・僕が人を好きなこと
・アートと人、そして人と人を繋げたい
・人々が集まる場所にしたい

ということから名付けました。

これからギャラリーが出来上がっていくまでの過程も報告していきますので、どうぞよろしくお願い致します。

Hello everyone!

My name is Hiro Machida, the owner of People’s Art Gallery.

I will be opening a small gallery in Chatan, Depot Island on the 11th of August 2019.

At my gallery you can enjoy both Japanese and International artwork.
The reason I have chosen to give my gallery the name “People’s Art Gallery” is because I love people.

I want to connect art to people, and also people to other people. I want to make my gallery a place where people gather.

I will update information on my gallery on this page, so please check it often. 🙂
